NO FURTHER ROOMS AVAILABLE THROUGH CIECA SECRETARIAT

The Congress hotel has provided us with a contingent of 50 rooms for the following dates:
arrival on 07 June - departure on 11 June 2022. 

These rooms, already pre-paid by CIECA, are available at very advantageous rates: 

  • Superior single: 149,00 € / night (+4 € per person and night) 

  • Superior double: 169,00 € / night (+4 € per person and night)

All superior rooms have a sea view. 

The rates are per room per night and include VAT and full buffet breakfast. Also, note that in the unlikely event of changes to the VAT rate, the final prices for the rooms may vary (if this happens the Secretariat will inform CIECA members, and new invoices will be issued). 

The rates for the pre-paid rooms apply for these dates: 7 June - 11 June 2022. If you need other dates than these, note that other rates may apply.

How to book these rooms:

  • These rates are only available when booking the rooms through the CIECA Secretariat, so if you would like to stay at the Congress hotel paying lower rates, please contact Mohammed at projects@cieca.eu. 

  • State in your e-mail the desired arrival and departure dates and what kind of room you would like to book (single/double).

  • Also include the contact details of the person/organization that will be in charge of paying for the administrative charges raised by the booking of the hotel rooms.

  • On receiving the requested information, an invoice will be issued. The confirmation of the room bookings will be sent upon reception of the transfer for the administrative charges.

  • If you are booking a double room, and you would like to receive a separate invoice for the double room charges incurred by your partner's stay, ie 24 euros per night (20 euros rate difference + 4 euros tax per night per person), please mention this in your mail. Provide contact details (name, address, etc. of the person who will pay for these charges - if appropriate). 

The deadline for booking the pre-paid rooms is Monday, 15 December 2021.

IMPORTANT: We will assign these rooms on "first come first served" basis. When the 50 rooms available for CIECA have been assigned, you will be directed to the hotel website where you will be able to make your own arrangements. Please note that rooms booked directly through the hotel may have different conditions, and cancellation policies to the rooms booked through the CIECA Secretariat. Check carefully those conditions when booking your rooms.

CIECA is not responsible for the reservations of rooms in the Congress Hotel that have not been made through the CIECA Secretariat. 

Alternatively, if you prefer, you will be able to contact a hotel nearby (e.g. one of those suggested below).

We apologize for any inconvenience that the limited number of rooms available through the CIECA Secretariat may cause. 

Cancellations of rooms booked through the CIECA Secretariat: 

Please note that the hotel will release for free only 12 of the pre-paid rooms, until Tuesday, 1 March 2022. 

Therefore, we will deal with cancellations "on first come first served basis". This means that (1) all cancellations of rooms numbered 13 onwards received by 1 March 2022, or, (2) all cancellation requests received from 12 pm on 1 March 2022 until 7 days before the check-in will be charged for the first night. 

Cancellations made from 7 days before the check-in date, no shows and advanced departures will be charged 100 %. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
