- The 2022 Congress is exclusively open to delegates from CIECA member organisations and their accompanying partners.
- CIECA covers all programmes & dinners (7 - 10 June 2022) for only two delegates from each CIECA member organization, except for TYPE C Associated members, and Affiliated members, in which cases all programmes & dinners (7 - 10 June 2022) of only one delegate will be covered. If you have any doubt on the category of your organisation's membership, please consult the CIECA website, or contact email@example.com.
- If more delegates per CIECA member organisation are sent, organizations will be responsible for payment of all costs inccured by the additional delegate(s). Invoices will be issued by CIECA. Registration will be confirmed once the fee has been received.
- All delegates pay for their own hotel and travel expenses.
- CIECA does not cover any costs incured by accompanying partners.

Cancellation of registration and refund:
Registrations can be cancelled at the latest by Tuesday, 1 March 2022.*
- Cancellations made by 1 March 2022 will receive a 100 % refund, if payment was due;
- Cancellations made within 2 March - 1 April: 75 % will be refunded to additional delegates;
- Cancellations made within 2 April - 1 May: 50 % will be refunded to additional delegates;
- Cancellations made from 2 May: no refund will be possible to additional delegates.
*We kindly ask you to be careful with the cancellation deadline, because cancellations made after this date would cause CIECA to incur a financial loss.
Cancellation and request for refund must be made in writing. Please send an e-mail to email@example.com.
After registration CIECA will issue an invoice (for additional delegates), and send by e-mail. All fees must be paid by bank transfer at the latest by Friday, 4 March 2022 to the following CIECA account:

Attendance to the events is subject to confirmation of registration by the CIECA Secretariat.
It is not possible to make the payment online by card.
No registration / payment on-site will be accepted.
